Red ripe tomatoes.  Onions, fresh garlic, and lots of beans. 

OK, the Texans won't like the beans.  The folks from Cincinnati will tell you the ground beef is missing, but the thought of hooking a mound of that is less than appetizing.

So vegetarian chili it is.  Good and good for you!
